The Upper Peninsula.  Love it or leave it.  To many, it is the butt of jokes.   To others, they like it that way.

One way that the UP gets "no respect" is on maps.  Many maps make the UP smaller than it really is.  Still others, like this one (below) from a UP pasty shop, do their level best to counteract that trend!
