Welcome Authors!

This Web page is designed to help authors view outlines of other chapters in the book, Michigan: A Geography. As you (the author) send your chapter outlines to your editor, your work will get pasted in and linked next to your chapter title in the Book Outline section of this Web site. Then you and other authors can view them (but the entries are password protected) and compare, to see what topics other authors are covering, so as to avoid unnecessary overlap. One of the additional concerns that the editors have is the consistency of the academic "level" among all the chapters. We hope that this page will help you keep your chapter at the same "level" as that of your compatriots, as you begin to compile your chapter.
